Terms of use
Last updated 4 October 2026. Active Timers and Schedule is a free service from Active LED (ActiveLED AB, company registration number 556761-4929). By using it, with or without an account, you accept these terms.
Free, as it is, no promises
The service costs nothing and is provided as it is, without any warranty. We do not promise that it works, that it is available, that it shows the right time, or that it suits your purpose. We may change it, take it offline or close it for good at any time, without notice.
We may delete accounts and rooms
We may delete any account, room or run list at any time, for any reason and without notice. Accounts and rooms that have not been used for a while are deleted from time to time. Keep your own copy of anything you need.
Nothing here is confidential
Do not put anything confidential or sensitive into Active Timers and Schedule. Anyone who has a room's stage link or schedule link can see what it shows, and we do not promise to keep what you enter secret.
Your event is your responsibility
Active Timers and Schedule runs in a web browser and depends on your computer, your screen and your internet connection. Try your setup before the event, and have another way to keep time in case something stops working.
No liability
You use Active Timers and Schedule at your own risk. As far as the law allows, Active LED is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that comes from using the service or from not being able to use it. That includes interruptions, delays, wrong times shown, deleted accounts, lost rooms or run lists, content seen by others, and any costs or lost income that follow.
Fair use
Use the service for timing your own events. Do not try to disturb it, get into other people's rooms, or use it to send unwanted messages. We may block anyone who does.
The API is part of the service and the same terms apply. Keep your keys secret: what is done with a key counts as done by you. We may limit how often a key can be used and delete keys at any time.
Your details
What we store about you and why is described on the page How we handle your details.
Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The current version is always on this page.
Law
Swedish law applies to these terms, and disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
